Purpose: help leaders see decisions, risks, capacity, follow-up, and operating health in one calm view.
How to use this
This is not a software dashboard. It is a thinking dashboard. Use it weekly or monthly to ask whether leadership can see what matters before small issues become larger ones.

What Your Answers May Be Telling You
If your dashboard is full of updates but few decisions, it may be reporting activity rather than supporting leadership judgment. If many items are unknown, the next improvement is not another metric. It is better visibility.
When to Ask for Help
Ask for help when leaders are making important decisions without reliable visibility, when meetings feel reactive, or when the organization is growing faster than its governance system.
