Provider Operating Review Agenda

Purpose: help provider leaders turn recurring meetings into clearer decisions, better visibility, and stronger follow-up.

How to use this

Use this agenda weekly or biweekly with owners, directors, managers, or administrative leads. The goal is not to discuss everything. The goal is to see what matters, decide what requires leadership attention, and make follow-up difficult to lose.

What Your Answers May Be Telling You

If the same topics appear every week without decisions, you may not have a meeting problem. You may have a decision-rights problem. If follow-up depends on memory, you may not have an accountability problem. You may have a visibility problem.

When to Ask for Help

Ask for help when meetings are busy but decisions are unclear, issues return repeatedly, leaders lack reliable dashboards, or growth is creating more complexity than the current operating rhythm can absorb.
